Hello To All My Future Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to review an opportunity to have a great time at Regal Palms Resort, 8 miles from all Disney Attractions. I welcome all children to bring their parents to join the "FUN" and EXCITEMENT. I am confident this vacation will become an awesome lifetime memorable event. I only have one warning. When you stay in one of my townhouses you may never want to rent a room in a hotel again. You'll be spoiled with the spacious private bedrooms, TV's, DVD players, large kitchen, living room, dining room and private parking outside your doorstep. Dear Ephraim, Just wanted to thank you and let you know that we enjoyed renting the unit from you from Jan7-20/12. We enjoyed the pool (during the warm weather) and also enjoyed trecking over Disneyworld with our 3 grandchildren when it turned a little cooler. The pool toys and stroller came in handy. The kids had also brought their lifejackets and enjoyed floating around in the lazy river. We also enjoyed relaxing while watching the kid movies found in the unit. The beds were comfortable, and the kids enjoyed taking turns sleeping in the car bed in the upper master bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay. Marie Ledding

This was my first time ever visiting Florida and I loved it!! My family and I stayed at 202 La Mirage and my stay was perfect!! Our condo was so clean and perfect. We couldn't ask for anything more. We had tickets to all the attractions but we really wanted to stay at the resort, everyone was friendly but my favorite was when I met Ephraim & his wife, they were so nice and welcoming that we are definitely going to stay again. Our family had a GREAT time in your condo. It was a great location -- nice short walk to the pool. The unit was clean, well-equipped and spacious. It was bigger than my house! We had a great time at your resort. We stayed in the four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath. With ten people, we had plenty of room. The kids loved the pool, (and so did the adults.) The pictures you show on the internet are exactly what everything is like. We had a great time. We will go back there again.
